I joined the Real Estate industry in 2007, it was the love of selling, dating back as early as 1992 with Morkel's Furnishers, your two year guarantee store. I did a course offered by the Pam Golding Training Academy in November 2006 at the Bellville Golf Club called the Fundamentals of Real Estate taught by your truly, Pam Snyman, Head of Training. I then joined Chas Everitt Helderberg in 2007 and had a stint in the Strand and surrounding areas before I ventured into the townships of Khayalitsha, Monte Claire, Nyanga, Gugulethu, stretching up to Langa. The reason I enjoy working in the townships are the dynamics and potential in the market and also educating the ins-and-outs of selling and buying property. I left in the 2009 recession and returned in 2020 Covid. From pandemic to pandemic, but I am now really loving what I do....
