He specializes in the marketing of Agricultural properties as well as Commercial & Industrial and Developments. Dawie is currently a director and co-principal of REDZetc Properties and has managed to set up and operate a unique and entrepreneurial model in REDZetc. He believes in doing things differently, but meaningfully... and with an inherent purpose. Dawie is based in Stellenbosch, but is involved in real estate transactions throughout the Western Cape. He has facilitated the sale of many farms and commercial properties in a unique manner due to his myriad of connections in the world of sport and business. He prefers to work on a one-to-one basis which suits his profile of clients who do not always wish to have their properties advertised to the whole world.
